Cancellation and Refunds
1. Cancellation by Participant:
Booking Amount: A 30% booking amount is required. If a cancellation is made, 50% of this booking amount will be refunded.
Full Payment: If the full amount is paid, cancellations made more than one month before the departure date will receive a 70% refund, with 30% deducted from the total cost.
Last-Minute Cancellations: If cancellation occurs within one month of the departure date, no refund will be provided. However, we may offer a date shift if possible; otherwise, the booking is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Himalayan Moto Tour:
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, political unrest), participants will have the option to reschedule to another tour date or receive a full refund.
